Spend the session learning fun dance choreography and dance skills with our dance coaches. Dance is an important part of gymnastics and competition. Gymnasts need to be able to leap, turn and lean sequences. Timing is everything, so why not spend Friday evening spicing up your gymnastics skills with some new dance elements.
