Terms & Conditions

I agree for my child(ren) to take part in the activities of IGA.  I understand in the event of injury or illness all reasonable steps will be taken to contact me, and to deal with that injury/illness appropriately.  I consent to my child’s photo being taken for coaching/ training purposes and may be used for media purposes.

I understand that I will be kept informed of class &/club activities via text message&/email, (e.g. updates to class schedules and termly reminders for when fees are due).

I acknowledge that failure to pay termly fees on time and renewal of the annual membership and insurance fee may result in a late payment being applied. Failure to keep up termly payments may result in IGA revoking my child(red)'s membership to the club. I agree to act according to IGA's welcome pack and to abide by the code of conduct.
