Our preschool sessions are more than just a free-play gym zone — they’re a fun, structured introduction to movement and gymnastics for 0-4 year olds.

Each class combines open gym exploration with coach-led activities, specially designed for active toddlers. Using elements of the British Gymnastics Discover Programme, children will be encouraged to develop:
-Coordination
-Strength
-Balance
-Confidence


All through playful themed, engaging activities tailored to their age and stage.

Whether your little one loves to climb, jump, or simply watch and take it all in, our sessions create a safe and welcoming space for every kind of mover or sitter.
