Our Absorb Gymnastics programme is designed to provide these gymnasts with a solid foundation across the six pieces of apparatus we use (Floor, vault, beam, bars, trampette and track).

Absorb classes focus on developing fundamentals for our sport and challenge participants to absorb and master the key shapes, movement patterns and basic skills required four our sport ie, rolling, handstands, cartwheels, bridges etc


𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲: Any gymnasts joining our programme will need annual IGA cub membership and British Gymnastics Insurance (mandatory for ALL participants). These fee is due two weeks of starting classes and renew each September. More info available in our welcome pack, please contact IGA for more info.

All classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
